At Qalakari, we create handcrafted home décor and artistic lighting products with great care and attention to detail. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns once an order has been delivered successfully.

However, returns may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered

To be eligible for a return request:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • An unboxing video (clearly showing the package opening) is mandatory
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Please DM or email us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos/videos of the damaged product
    • Unboxing video (mandatory)

Once verified, we will:

  • Replace the product OR
  • Offer a refund, depending on product availability

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via DM or email.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Handcrafted items with minor variations (as these are part of the artistic process)
  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

6. Color & Design Disclaimer

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and handmade craftsmanship
  • These variations are not considered defects
