  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation
  • Customized or made-to-order products may take 4–7 business days for processing
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India
  • International shipping is not available at the moment (will be updated in the future)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at the time of order confirmation
  • Charges may vary depending on product size, weight, and delivery location

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch
  • Non-metro / remote locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram DM (as applicable)
  • You can track your order using the courier partner’s tracking link

6. Packaging

  • All Qalakari products are securely packed using protective materials to prevent damage during transit
  • We take extra care while packing fragile lighting and décor items

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos
  • Qalakari is not responsible for delays or damage caused by courier partners, but we will assist you in resolving the issue

8. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order
  • Qalakari is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details
